Head of Change Management Finance

Do you want to be responsible for one of the lighthouse initiatives in an international Company and do you have solid financial skills paired with dedication and a good sense of humor? Then we are looking for you as the new Head of Change Management Finance.

What are your responsibility

Within our LKQ Organization we are moving towards a more standardized operating model by transitioning from a multitude of ERP’s to a single new one (Oracle). This, among other things, requires significant change management across our financial processes. We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager with the energy and persistence to see this long-term change initiative through.

Your responsibilities

  • Represent the Finance function in the overall project set-up;
  • Ensure that business requirements are properly reflected in financial processes;
  • Comprehensive mapping of “as-is” processes and translation into “to be” context;
  • Seek alignment with peers from other finance functions as well as the business side (Sales, Logistics, Operations);
  • Effectively manage communication with European project Team;
  • Leverage learnings from implementations in other LKQ countries (Ex. Germany, Italy);
  • Oversee the full finance process scope in close collaboration with the acting functional heads (AP, AR, GL, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, GAAP Accounting, Tax Management, Intercompany, Asset Register, Controlling, Reporting, Compliance, Product Costing, Cash Management);
  • Adequately communicate upcoming changes and proactively seek input from subject matter experts to ensure business buy-in;
  • You will be reporting into the Regional CFO.


Who is our ideal candidate?

  • A master in a Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field of study with a 7 year or more experience in multiple “hands – on” finance roles in large international context;
  • You have got great analytical capacity and are able to execute autonymically;
  • You have experience in Financial planning/ analysis and financial controlling;
  • A solid knowledge of accounting-/overall financial processes;
  • You can easily adapt and absorb new information in a changing environment;
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and influence across an international, complex matrix organization;
  • You can communicate effectively in both written an spoken Dutch as well as English.
