As PMO lead your job is to drive the LKQ Europe PMO whilst managing relationships with all PMO stakeholders ensuring
business engagement is met and maintained to the highest standard. You will be responsible for defining, controlling and the
promotion of adherence for the use of portfolio management methodologies and policies related to agile project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Defining and assessing project portfolio based on the corporate strategy, in close collaboration with the functional and regional business owners leading to a project pipeline, governed by a program board;
  • Challenging the business to articulate benefits management and establish competencies, metrics, standards, and best practices to enable benefits tracking
  • Establishing disciplined and accurate tracking of highlevel program status, risks and issues, financial/nonfinancial KPIs. Ensuring plans, budgets, critical success
  • factors, metrics and key milestones are identified for all
  • programs within the LKQ Europe portfolio using Smart sheet, Jira and Confluence
  • Maintaining and optimizing integrated roadmaps of
  • European/local transformation and deployment projects, by country
  • Collaborating with other European regional PMO’s to align the LKQ European Governance Framework with the PMOs in the regions;
  • Continuously managing interdependencies, impediments, risks – in alignment with all European programs;
  • Driving and managing tollgate process and reporting into LKQ Europe program board
KEY AND DESIRED SKILLS:
  • Business transformation experience based on a responsible transition function;
  • Experience of running a Project Management Office function for large-scale programs;
  • Knowledge of benefits and dependency mapping, risk management and resource planning;
  • Experience of program and project level financial management;
  • Ideally has implemented change in a global context 
  • acquiring international experience on how change is designed and delivered across countries and
  • geographies (sensitive to cultural differences)
