The Quality Health Safety Environment (QHSE) Advisor will be located at our LKQ Europe (LKQE) MPM international oil
company and will be responsible for defining the requirements and upholding the standards and the national legislation
on QHSE. The standards are coordinated through the Quality Management & Compliance function of LKQ Components,
our private label brand. The QHSE Advisor creates risk awareness and assesses the use of set requirements within the
organisation by management and employees.
This function will work within the QHSE network of LKQE Components with the outlook to take over broader
responsibilities in the future.

⊲ Utilizing the LKQE central QHSE standards and legislation
and investigating where these can be implemented to
reduce risk, working in line with MPM requirements and
country legislation.
⊲ Reducing QHSE risks and ensuring proper measurements
are determined, making use of external expertise,
work processes, systems, registrations etc.
⊲ Informing management and employees of MPM about
QHSE measurements and making staff aware of QHSE
risks and the importance of measurements taken
to reduce these risks.
⊲ Advising management of MPM of changes in processes,
investments in location and/or technology etc. to ensure
QHSE standards and legislation are met
⊲ Verifying that the compliance of QHSE measurement
audits are organised and executed internally and
also with suppliers and that results are reported and
translated into actions to improve QHSE
⊲ Investigating incidents and results are reported to
authorities and using these insights to improve QHSE
⊲ Identifying opportunities to improve QHSE and that
these are translated into solutions (measurements, work
instructions etc.) in close cooperation with the business
and central QHSE.
⊲ Reporting QHSE results to the business and external
authorities and ensuring the results, incidents
and trends are explained.

⊲ MPM functions like TPM, Production etc.
⊲ Quality functions within LKQE Components
⊲ EHS lead of the HR organization
⊲ Local authorities

⊲ Bachelor degree preferred
⊲ Knowledge of QHSE standards, legislation and
certifications (ISO 9001, PGS15, EU REACH, GHS,
CLP and ADR); audit experience
⊲ Excellent command of both written and verbal English.
Dutch language would be desirable.
