KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
⊲ Developing annual account plans with and for your customers, driven by the MPM business plan
⊲ Defining sales and commercial targets with your customers at workshop level ⊲ Identifying value & planning and executing workshop visits together with the Account Managers of your customers to create awareness for MPM, or to execute a car fleet analysis and ‘made to measure’ oil advice
⊲ Continuously maintaining and further developing trustful partner relationships with key stakeholders - the Account Managers and Directors of your key customers
⊲ Adding value to the business development & sales team by sharing experiences, developing best practices and being a trusted colleague
⊲ Executing and monitoring specific marketing and sales promotion actions with your customers
⊲ Monitoring sales performance and taking corrective actions
⊲ Embracing and embedding LKQ Europe’s cultures and values as we move towards one company with shared visions and goals.
KEY STAKEHOLDERS :
⊲ Wholesale Customer Directors and Account Managers (around 45 individuals) ⊲ MPM Account Managers
⊲ MPM Commercial Development.
KEY AND DESIRED SKILLS:
⊲ Bachelor level by education or on the job training and experience
⊲ Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
⊲ Ability to speak Dutch, English and preferably a third language
⊲ Minimum of 5-10 years proven track record in B2B sales, with experience in the automotive industry desirable
⊲ Mature, credible, analytical, and an effective communicator
⊲ Ability to a strong representative for MPM in your region
⊲ Independent self-starter and strong organizer
⊲ Team player.
